Soybeans can be eaten in a variety of ways. Boil the soybeans in water untill soft and add to a salad or stir fry.  Another favourite way is to boil the soybeans, grind them until course, add some water  and udon noodles.  Authentic soybean noodle soup which can be served hot or cold!
