Fully Automatic
Our high speed dumpling machine can do everything but the kitchen sink! This machine can create 240 dumplings every minute or 14,400 dumplings every hour! It can adjust the thickness of dumpling wrapper as well as the amount of filling in each dumpling making every processing run consistently delicious.
Our Process
Dough Assembly
Flour is kneaded and rolled to the perfect thickness to be stamped into dumpling wrappers.
FORMING MACHINE
The wrappers are sent to a machine, which fills, then forms them into the familiar dumpling shape.
Steaming
Right after they are formed, dumplings are taken to the steam room and cooked at 90-degrees Celsius.
Cooling & Freezing
After they are fully-cooked, the dumplings are cooled, then put through the “Freezing Tunnel” which immediately freezes them at -45-degrees Celsius.
Packaging
The dumplings are packaged by weight machine and goes a thorough inspection before packaging.
