Sweet Rice Flour
This is finely milled glutinous rice, also known as sweet rice (but not sweet!). Despite the name, this rice has no gluten, and the flour is principally starch (though this is distinct from rice starch), plus a small amount of protein. The starch is waxy and makes an excellent rice cake dishes that are sticky and chewy. See the recipes here.

to make rice cake desserts (Dduck in Korea, Mocchi in Japan), porridge, etc

Keep it refrigerated. Cook in boiling water or soup for 5 minutes.
